General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 8 bit platform, as they constitute a legal agreement between you and us. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to users in Bangladesh and are consistent with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on the 8 bit platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, and it is your responsibility to keep that information up to date if it changes. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify our support team immediately.

  • A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
  • Registering with false information will result in account suspension or termination.
  • Some features may be restricted until the account verification process is complete.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on the 8 bit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and we use secure and recognized payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly after being made, though some methods may require a short processing time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe once the verification process is complete. If any issue arises with a transaction, our support team must be notified within 48 hours. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

Responsible Conduct & Prohibited Activities

8 bit expects all users of the platform to behave honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using offensive language, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform will result in immediate account closure. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using their funds is not permitted. In the event of a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to permanently close the account and take legal action where applicable.

  • Using bots or automated software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonuses or offers cannot be claimed using multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security measures is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

8 bit is committed to providing the highest quality of service; however, service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but we will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions. If any session or transaction is affected due to internet disconnection or device issues, the responsibility lies with the user. If a transaction is delayed due to external factors (such as issues with a bank or payment gateway), we will offer maximum assistance but will not be directly liable.
